Revision 3.1.1 Update
This update, DASH revision 3.1.1, adds new functionality
and fixes some problems in version 3.1.
New Functionality

All data server, scheduler and Tcl script error messages may
now be translated to any number of languages. These messages
are set up in a separate messages.xml file and is read in by
the data server on start-up.

A large number of tcl scripts have been added to the default
dashtcl.tcl file.
Utilities

A utility is available to automatically convert much of a DASH 2
form to a DASH 3 XML version.

A utility is available to list the cases that satisfy a filter
in a DASH form.

A mail utility is available to send email invitations and reminder
notices for web interviews.
Bug fixes from DASH 3.1

An alias field may now be positioned independently of its parent
field.

Compulsory fields not entered now prevent exit on the end page and the
interrupt page.
Bugs in DASH 3.1.1

Dynamic lists are not protected from change by another user
after one user builds the list. They should not be used at
this time in multi-user situations.
